I still can\u2019t find them.\u201d\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chamber began researching DMSi, and in 2005, citing a need for a secure, reliable business accounting system, Harper Chambers implemented <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dmsi.com\/products\/agility-software\/\">Agility<\/a>. \u201cWhen we first got on Agility, I thought the system was wrong,\u201d Chambers said. \u201cNow I\u2019m like, \u2018what did I do wrong?\u2019 because I know the system is right.\u201d <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chambers said the company now has the advantage of speed. \u201cI can instantly put my fingers on the numbers that are critical to run my business, so I can react if the numbers aren\u2019t going the way I want.\u201d <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Inventory problems, according to Chambers, were now also a thing of the past. Agility\u2019s functionality has changed the company&#8217;s business processes because inventory is now accurate. \u201cIt used to be that we took inventory once a year. I realized we were trying to get this thing right once a year, and I would rather have an inventory number that is 95% right every day than 100% once a year. With Agility, we began cycle counting every day. Now it\u2019s just standard.\u201d<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>Secure Hosted Format<\/h3>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Harper Chambers runs Agility in a secure hosted format, or Software as a Service (SaaS). This allows the company to eliminate servers and access the software through the internet.
