It lets dealers create a project that ties everything together related to an installation. Quotes, sales orders, and even credit memos can be linked to the project. Tasks can be created, labor scheduled, and related project documents and photos stored.<\/p>\n<p>Upon opening Installed Sales from the SALES ORDERS\/QUOTES MENU, real-time metrics\u00a0(like the percentage of projects completed on schedule)\u00a0appear\u00a0in the dashboard,\u00a0giving the user a useful\u00a0project\u00a0snapshot.<\/p>\n<p>The module is available to all hosted\u00a0Agility\u00a0customers. Because it can be accessed from any device with a web browser,\u00a0users can obtain and update information from the field. This feature is useful to projects where physical on-site visits are necessary to complete tasks. Anyone with a smart device can use Installed Sales in the field, with input data reflected in Agility in real time.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s a big value-add for Agility,\u201d said Cindy McCarville, Senior Account Manager at DMSi.\u00a0&#8220;Many of our customers install\u00a0products\u00a0or manage service crews and this will allow\u00a0them to\u00a0track everything right in Agility.\u00a0\u00a0There are\u00a0often a lot of\u00a0tasks and\u00a0moving parts that must be coordinated to ensure the job progresses on schedule.\u00a0\u00a0It&#8217;s\u00a0a streamlined process to handle the complexity inherent to installed sales projects.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Installed Sales\u00a0is\u00a0now readily available\u00a0as part of the Agility platform.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>DMSi has moved Installed Sales, the new project management module in Agility, out of beta testing and into active use.
